  • Bell Technology Group does not charge clients for services such as: expense management/audits, design consult, vendor sourcing and bid process management, or life-cycle account management/support. 

  • Complex projects which require extensive management are billed hourly and clients would be presented with the fee structure during scope-of-work conversations prior to project commencement.

Simply stated, Bell Technology Group supports organizations with their business communications strategy, sourcing suppliers, procurement of products/services, deployment, and implementation, as well as on-going support initiatives.

In a word, no.  Our technology partners work to ensure, and maintain a level playing field.  It would be to their disadvantage to allow inconsistencies in pricing considerations.  On the rare occasions there are inconsistencies, we would immediately engage the technology supplier to ensure a customer beneficial remedy is achieved.

Absolutely.  We want to be part of the conversation and encourage clients to engage us in all aspects of their technology initiatives.  Further, it is not uncommon for the ideal application or communications strategy to include a portion of the client’s existing technology infrastructure.
