Carrier Services

ISDN PRI

ISDN PRIis digital voice service via a Digital Service Level 1 (DS1) facility, that is multiplexed into 24 channels in various configurations of In-only, Out-only and 2-way dialing. The basic service consists of 23 B Channels and a D Channel with a transmission rate of 1.544 Megabits per second (Mbps).  Each B Channel carries user information and the D-Channel is used for signaling.  The channel configuration is commonly referred to as 23B+D.

SIP-Trunking

SIP-Trunking (Session Initiated Protocol), is an application layer protocol that lets you run your phone system over an internet connection instead of traditional phone lines.  SIP-based voice services improve performance, enhance reliability and simplify management without requiring TDM technology replacement.  Easily make calls more securely via the internet using your existing PBX and consolidate phone lines onto a single data network connection.

Dynamic Integrated Access/T-1

Dynamic Integrated Access/T-1 – is an application for either single or multi-location businesses that want to take advantage of resources and leverage communications assets by having data, voice, and Internet service delivered to their business via a single access (circuit).  This application mitigates the requirement of autonomous T1s for voice, data and Internet, and provides local dial-tone, long distance, data and Internet services on a secure, private network with CoS (Class of Service).

High-Speed Coax Internet (Cable Broadband)

High-Speed Coax Internet (Cable Broadband) – is a high-speed Internet application that is readily available and typically more affordable than other Internet mediums, such as fiber.  While asymmetrical, meaning the upload and download bandwidth speeds are different, and offered as a shared Internet environment service, coax or cable Internet is a capable business Internet strategy as either a primary or business continuity application because of the product’s relative affordability.

Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)

Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) – is an Internet connection that is completely dedicated to the subscriber and is not shared with others.  This high-performance connection can be delivered via Ethernet or private-line and offers benefits such as; symmetrical upload/download speeds, quality of service (QoS) and performance-based service level agreements (SLAs).

Ethernet Private Line/Point-to-Point Connectivity

Ethernet Private Line/Point-to-Point Connectivity – is a private data connection securely connecting two or more business locations for private data services.  Ethernet private line is a closed network data transport which does not traverse the public Internet and is inherently secure with no data encryption required.  The service is ideal for business applications such as; credit card processing, file sharing, data back-ups, Ethernet VoIP and video conferencing.

Fixed Wireless

Fixed Wireless – is an application where wireless communication devices or systems are used to connect two fixed locations (i.e., building to building or tower to building) via radio or other wireless link.  Because the locations within a fixed wireless network are clustered and typically close together, the technology is capable of delivering fast Internet speeds with modest latency.  Fixed wireless is a cost-effective LAN infrastructure for business parks, campus communities or any environment where the relevant physical structures have a clear line of sight between each other.
